UAE Starts With 12 Year Plan for Improving the Quality of Life
On Sunday, the UAE Cabinet induced a 12-year strategy to upgrade quality of life for the Emiratis as well as for the residents.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai on Twitter stated that the National Strategy for Wellbeing 2031 intends to present the UAE a world leader in quality of life by beginning 90 new projects that would better the “physical, psychological and digital health of future generations”

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed declared the new strategy after chairing a Cabinet meeting at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi. He even added that the plan of action would emphasize on bolstering family ties and work on boosting the quality of life in cities across the nation to appeal to more residents to those areas.
The end goal of the plan is a developed nation, a cohesive society and thriving individuals.
On Sunday, the Cabinet recognized 14 crucial areas to attain these goals and 9 strategic ambitions that would build a national framework for wellbeing. These consist of advocating healthy and active lifestyles, good mental health and embracing positive thinking.
The Cabinet even supported the executive order for the Federal Law on Medical Liability, which details the conditions and standards of health facilities and the level of health services. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed stated that the law would deal with medical errors and the mechanism of complaint submission in the UAE’s health sector.
