UAE Encourages Young Emiratis to Become Role Models of the Nation
The United Arabs Emirates is in a comprehensive mission of developing talents within the country. They want their young citizens to harness their skills and talents and put it forward and contribute it in the development of the nation. Pouring money outside the nation is absolutely not the idea UAE would like to follow, therefore they have launched a unique program to train the local talents of the country.
Recently, around twenty Emiratis have been selected individually from various sectors to participate in the National Expert Program in UAE. This program would be the first of its kind and all the selected participants will be groomed individually in the next six months by government officials and high ranked ministers of the country.
The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE armed forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in an exclusive event, that was held at Founder’s Memorial at the Abu Dhabi Corniche said that he wanted all the young citizens of the country to put forward their talents and develop their skills too. He all shared about the incident that had taken place during the times of late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
Nahyan said that Sheikh Zayed would always rely on the local talents of the country rather than spending capitals behind foreign labour or foreign investments. He relied on his countrymen for building breakwaters that would prevent the sea waters from getting onto the island. He even gave cars to those Emiratis who were part of building the break waters. This not only made his citizens happier but also retained capital within the country.
The Crown Prince not only spoke of motivational stories but concluded with the assurance of these selected experts to go through a six months class room based training program in mentoring, planning and leadership.
