Things You Need To Know About the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
The 10th Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is considered to be the final step of the Formula One season and is one of the grand events within the UAE calendar. Apart from the motorsport action, social events and concerts would be taking over the capital, making the F1 weekend a memorable part of the winter months. The 2018 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix would be taking place from 22nd -25th November at Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Friday November 23
1pm – First practice (90 minutes)
5pm – Second practice (90 minutes)
Saturday November 24
2pm – Final practice (60 minutes)
5pm – Qualifying (It would be divided into three parts over 60 minutes)
Sunday November 25
5pm – Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix (55 laps)
The cost of the tickets would range between Dh1250 to Dh21395. The former would be for the Grand Prix Brunch package and the latter would provide access to the Paddock Club for all the three days of the event. After buying the tickets it needs to be collected from an assigned point or from the ticket office during the race weekend. On the purchase of a three-day Grandstand ticket, children under 12 would get free access on Friday to the selected Grandstand.
Usually, the Main Grandstand is the best spot to witness the motorsport action. However, most of the seats of the West Grandstand have been sold out.
For the after-race concerts, many prominent personalities would be performing at the event.
On 22nd November, dynamic rapper, singer, producer, and songwriter Post Malone would be performing for the Abu Dhbai Grand Prix. His hits would surely make the event a great hit. On 23rd November, Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, the Canadian singer, songwriter, and producer would be performing his soulful jazz and hip hops.
On 24th November, San Smith the singer having a universal appeal would make his regional debut.
On 25th November, the event would come to a draw with the legendary performance of the Guns N’ Roses.
Accesses to these after-race concerts would depend on the availability of tickets. Hence, only ticket holders will have the privilege to view it.
